Poker has become globally celebrated as of late, with televised events and celebrity poker game events. The games popularity, though, stretches back in fact a bit farther than its TV scores. Over the years numerous types on the original poker game have been created, including a handful of games that are not really poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is one of these particular games. Regardless of the name, Caribbean stud poker is more closely related to 21 than long-standing poker, in that the gamblers bet against the dealer instead of the other players. The winning hands, are the established poker hands. There is little bluffing or other types of boondoggle. In Caribbean stud poker, you are expected to pay up before the croupier broadcasting "No more wagers." At that point, both you and the house and of course every one of the other players are given 5 cards each. Once you have observed your hand and the bank’s 1st card, you must either make a call wager or surrender. The call bet’s value is equal to your original bet, which means that the stakes will have doubled. Abandoning means that your bet goes immediately to the house. After the wager comes the face off. If the casino does not have ace/king or greater, your bet is returned, plus a sum on par with the original bet. If the house does have ace/king or greater, you win if your hand beats the bank’s hand. • Equal for a pair or high card
  • two to one for two pairs
  • 3-1 for three of a kind
  • four to one for a straight
  • 5-1 for a flush
  • 7-1 for a full house
  • 20-1 for a 4 of a kind
