Terrible Luck in Poker

For a match where most enthusiasts occasionally consider luck, there are tonnes of folklore in poker. When you say that a player was fortunate in that poker tournament they won, be mindful of how you mention it. For example, if you say that you were unlucky, your chances may not change.
Ok, that may sound a bit ubsurd, but poker is a game armed with folklores. Did you know that if you’re gambling a game with 2 different decks and you are asked to pick the deck, you should always select the deck of cards that’s furthest from you? Or, how about If you get a run of poor cards, you need to hang out on a hankerchief to break your bad luck? It’s certainly thought of as good luck to blow through a pack of cards when they’re being mixed up.
A few other interesting poker superstitions are:
- You might be able to alter the run of cards by passing around your chair 3 times.
- The most beneficial seat at the poker table faces the entrance.
- The worst seat has its rear to a fireplace.
- When altering chairs, you really should constantly do so clockwise.
- The unluckiest poker card is the four of clubs.
- It’s most unlucky to cross your legs when sitting at the poker table.
- Sunday is a bad day for betting on cards.
- The thirteenth is also a horrible day, no matter when it falls during the week.
